Software Architect specialized on IBM BPM, Integration design, and Java EE with a focus on banking and financial sector. During my career I have been responsible for requirements analysis, solution design, performance tuning, team leading (including introduction of new development practices and methodologies, e.g. DevOps, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration), project planning, code revision, etc.
As a Software Architect, I have led discussions with Business Stakeholders to understand their goals, requirements, and priorities and worked closely with client’s Solution Architects to provide my expertise during high level design preparation.
